Our 30-Day “Love It or Leaf It” Guarantee
If you're not completely over the moon with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return it. Whether it's not the right fit, the colour’s off, or you just changed your mind — we’re here for it.

Here’s How It Works:

1. Keep it neat – Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging (yep, we love unboxing too).

2. Reach out – Email our friendly support team at hello@rustyowl.com.au or use our online returns portal.

3. Send it back – We’ll guide you through the return shipping process. For most items, return shipping is at your cost, unless we sent you the wrong item or it arrived damaged.

Refunds
Once we receive your return and give it a quick once-over, we’ll refund you to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the magic to happen.

Oh no! That’s not how we roll. Snap a photo and send it to us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll sort it out faster than you can say “mulch.”
