Rusty Owl Sunbury Returns and Exchange Policy
In line with our company vision, the
Rusty Owl Sunbury is committed to the delivery of excellent products. In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase simply contact us immediately with your proof of purchase. We will ask you to return the complete product, within 30 days of receiving it , in new condition and in its original packaging. We will then offer you a replacement or refund, as outlined below.
For a change-of-mind refund or exchange, the original freight charges will not be refunded. You will also need to provide the original packaging, including any instruction manuals and information booklets. If the item is in a new condition we will offer a refund less 30% handling fee. If the item can't be sold as a new item no refund will be given
Items Sent in Error
Any items shipped in error by the Rusty Owl Sunbury may be returned for refund or exchange with proof of purchase. Your refund will include the original delivery fee charged at the time of purchase, along with the freight charges to return the goods to the Rusty Owl Sunbury Shop.

Rusty Owl Sunbury reserves the right to assess the condition and age of the intended return prior to offering a repair, return or refund.
Goods damaged after purchase
Customers are not entitled to a refund or replacement, when they are responsible for damaging the goods by not following the instructions, or misusing the product.
If requested, Rusty Owl Sunbury will return the product to the manufacturer to substantiate the cause of damage on your behalf.
Returned with proof of purchase.
If the product is returned unopened with proof of purchase, we will offer you a replacement or refund for the goods. If the product is returned opened or used but is faulty or does not match the description given, we will offer you a replacement or refund. Your refund will include the original delivery fee charged at time of purchase, along with the freight charges to return goods to the Rusty Owl Sunbury shop.

It is recommended that customers contact the manufacturer directly if they experience difficulties with operating their new product. Details of manufacturers and applicable warranties are supplied with your product.
